Summer Trip to the Netherlands
I’ve been accepted to spend a month this July in the Netherlands for my Urban Studies program.
bq. Students will live in the historic center of Leiden (or Utrecht), with fieldtrips via train to several Dutch cities. The field-based course explores spatial, architectural, historical, cultural, social, economic and political dimensions of urban dynamics in contemporary Europe.

I’m really excited, far more excited than I should be to spend a month of my summer in school, but it should be a really great experience. There will be alot of day trips to various cities and we’ll have an opportunity to pick our research project, which should lead to something rather interesting.
With any luck I’ll have internet access and a way to grab pictures from my digital camera. If it works out I’ll be posting things here for friends and family.
